Arbitration Fairness Day in Washington

April 29, has been designated as Arbitration Fairness Day in Washington, D.C.

As Americans for Fairness in Lending and more than sixty other national groups explained in a letter to Congress, there is nothing wrong with arbitration if it is "agreed to voluntarily after a dispute arises."

Read what happened to Jordan Fogal and ask yourself if you think forced arbitration clauses should be banned.

See earlier blog: Binding arbitration is no substitute for consumer accountability.
